qualified counsellor trained in a Gestalt approach and offering long-
and short-term counselling to both individuals and couples. I am accredited
by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and registered
with the United Kingom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

is Counselling?
Counselling is a place to explore your feelings in total confidence
with a trained and experienced professional, who will listen to you
in a non-judgmental way. In doing so, the therapeutic effect will enable
you to develop a new understanding of your situation.
